ISO non-contingent letter advice

Hi guys!
I will be starting on 7/20 and have been trying to get a non-contingent letter for my loan officer in order to close on my house. However, with COVID this has proven extremely difficult. I have contact multiple people and called the HR numbers given and feel like I have made a full circle multiple times. I need to get this by Monday! Does anyone have any advice or a POC to help me out?! Any and all advice greatly appreciated!
