ISO Room for my Dog and I

Hello! I am looking for a room for my dog (black lab mix) and I to stay in for the month of July! I would love someone who likes dogs but doesn't have pets of their own as Millie can be picky about other pups! She is an old gal so a place with no or limited stairs would be awesome and a yard would be a huge plus! I am super flexible on budget.
