ISO Room or House to Rent in Madison, WI

Hello Mayo Network!

I work for Mayo but will be starting medical school as a career-changer (in my 30s) on August 21st in Madison, WI and I am hoping to leverage the Mayo network to help me find housing in Madison as I am finding it super difficult. I am looking for a house or a room in a house to rent in the West Madison/Middleton/etc area beginning as soon as possible. I do have an elderly dog so I am looking for a place with no stairs or limited stairs into/out of the house and to the main living area with at least one bedroom on the first floor (ideally with a yard).
