ISO roommate in Rochester for October start date

Hey there! I am a 34 year-old female, nonsmoker, nondrinker (but don't mind if you do!), with a fluffy Calico cat and I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed apt/condo, or perhaps a small home. Ideally, I'd love to find a place that has a yard or balcony and isn't too far from the clinic for a 1-year lease. If we could keep each person's share of the rent at or under $1,000, all the better! I keep my space tidy and am looking for the same. Open to male or female roommates. A few interests of mine include spending time outdoors (cycling, hiking, etc.), lifting weights, traveling and trying new restaurants.
