iso single-family rental (Rochester) ; June start date

My family and I just received a job offer in Rochester and I will be starting at Saint Marys Campus June 15th. We are moving from Utah with two littles and are hoping to secure a single-family (unfurnished) rental before we get there! We are open to all options as long as there are at least 2 bedrooms and a fenced backyard of any size (we have a well behaved, well groomed, senior dog). I'm hoping to keep rent under 2k and planning on renting for one year minimum. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
