ISO Sublease

Hello! I am starting at Mayo clinic Dec 7th and looking for a place for the beginning of December. I would love to possibly find a place to sublease, either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom! Is it 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment ?

I have a quaint lower level unit that will be available 1/1/21. There will be a female researcher moving in at the same time. If interested let me know.
