j2 visa

I am working in a research program at Mayo clinic since last august and I would like to bring my wife on a J2 visa but US embassy in my country keep canceling visa appointments so anyone has the same situation I have here and is there any supporting letter that I can bring from MAyo legal department or my mentor to be able to get an emergency interview for my wife
please help if you can
