Jacksonville Nurse - Dog sitter needed

Hi, im relocating next week to Jacksonville. I will be living near mayo, and need a dog sitter for my Italian greyhound in my apartment. He’s a special breed that can not be left alone for more than 6 hours. Basically, you would come in and let him sit in your lap and love him for an hour or so during my 12 hour shift. You could come work from my home as well. He just needs to know he is safe and not alone during this transition. This breed doesn’t transition well. Thank you for your help.

They send random unqualified people. I don’t trust that service for my breed. I prefer a Dog Nanny. Someone skilled with Italian greyhound breed. Thank you for your info.

I am sorry you didn’t have good experience with them. The only other thing I can think of is joining NextDoor.com for the neighborhood you will be living in, and make a post there. Hopefully you find the dog nanny that you are looking for, good luck!
