Know when to go...

In the a department I was in. New supervisor came in and 7 people left. They must have been ready to go. About half of them were moving up. Where I am at now. I know three people were given options to go by leadership. One moved on, another was given the opportunity to transfer and did . The third didn't get the hint and is now on corrective action. Now they're stuck here for the next two years and miserable. My point is if leadership politely asks you to go. Do not wait for another hint. Run like the wind. Once you're in a new place you should just say that you needed a change. We all know how connected the clinic is. Being negative will just ruin your new job.....
