Lease at Riverwalk

My loss is your gain: I'll pay your first month rent when you sign a 6 month or longer lease for my unit at Riverwalk Rochester. Unexpectedly moving sooner than I thought and need to find someone to take over my lease. It is a one bed one bath with a large kitchen and living room space. 813sq ft. Washer and dryer in unit. Double sink bathroom. I need to be out by December first but if you need it sooner I can move out early. Please feel free to drop a comment or message for more information.
