Looking for anyone interested in subleasing my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment at the pines of Rochester, located in NW Rochester very close to target, Walmart, and Costco!

Rent is $1,344 per month, over $100 less per month than signing a new lease for the same unit at the complex. The lease unit is available from September 1st through the month of June.

Pets are welcome and they have 2 dog parks available for residents. They also have many outdoor areas for use including grills, fire pits (wood and gas), tables, and bocce ball. Underground parking is also available, with spacious assigned spots where you can also store items. There is a free shuttle on weekdays to/from downtown Rochester and the Saint Mary’s campus. Also, there are several trails for walking or biking very close to the complex.

There are also gyms in every building, a pool, and a golf simulator. Any packages you receive are also in a secured package space.
