Lease Takeover Mid September

We will be leaving our current rental mid-September as we have bought a house! We are looking for someone or a group of people to take over our lease. This house is 4 beds 2 baths located about 10-15mins from downtown. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Country Club Manor. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Most are also Mayo Employees. Rent is $1600 and it is a pet friendly rental. If you’re interested please contact me via text or email. I will provide more information and pictures.
