I'm looking to do a lease transfer because I'm moving out around Nov 1st, 2025.

All living items, including large furniture, can be transferred as is too.
Transferring those living items is a big advantage when you first start up!
(If there were unnecessary items, I will be able to remove them)
The lease contract will be transferred through the apartment manager.

Honda CR-V 2018 (black)
I'm 3rd owner and stored in an inside carport.
This auto has been undergone regular inspections, repairs, and replacements at the dealership (Rochester Honda).
The tires were just replaced last September.
The price will be determined based on the Kelly Blue Book.
