Hi! Seeking housemate to share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Bus to Mayo campuses is 4-doors away or 10-minute drive to St. Marys. Very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy and need a peaceful space to recharge. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house. All female.
Available Jan. 15; prefer lease through July or August 2022. Living area is furnished and I can furnish the bedroom if needed. You will have your own private bedroom & share with one other female Mayo employee: Large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $675 rent if paid on time. You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash/wifi. Snow: share shoveling or pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
