Hi Holly! My name is Ava and I work here at Mayo but will be leaving in June and finding someone to take over my lease with my current roommate! The place is the Hue apartment- in downtown Rochester. It’s a 2Br,1.5 Bath, & utilities is included and fully furnished! Rent is about 1,050 per month but it’s a really beautiful complex! It’s a 3 mins walk to campus- it’s as close as you can get!
