Looking an apartment

Hi, I am moving to Rochester around the first week of December. I am looking for an apartment with an in-unit dishwasher and washing machine. My budget is around 1000$. I like to be close to the town center due to the location of the work.

Hi @firatkara , if you could find a roommate, I'm subleasing a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment asap located 10 mins from Mayo campus, with shuttle available every hour, rent is 1560$ plus utilities. No down payment required.
We are looking to move out right away. Move in date is flexible, available until Aug 2023!

My parents are renting out the lower level of their split-level home.
Fully furnished living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom
Car garage space
Shared washer and dryer
All utilities included, including Internet $1100 a month.
6 minute walk to St Mary's.
