Looking for 1-2 roommates Rochester, MN - 800/month

We are looking for 1-2 roommates to share our new house located on 55th Ave NW. Around 15 min drive to Mayo Clinic in downtown.
We have 3-car garage, huge backyard and new empty bedrooms and bathroom. We provide laundry units ( brand new LG smart washer/dryer), kitchen equipments free to use, high-speed internet, parking spot (in/out garage)
About us: we are a Medical Physicist in Mayo Clinic and a software engineer WFH, we have a dog and two cats, super friendly.
Rent: 800 per month, including utilities, available in July 1.
