Hello! I’m looking for 2 easygoing and responsible female roommates to share a lovely 3bed/2bath apartment at Eastwood Ridge. I’m planning to move in the last week of July so I’m hoping to find people who are ready to sign the lease before then and are good to go.

Apartment details:
🏠 Rent: $670/month (includes water & sewer)
🚗 10 mins drive to downtown
🛋️ Furnished: fridge, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher
👚 In-unit laundry
🚌 They have their own free shuttle for Mayo Clinic employees (runs 5:00am-9:00pm)
🅿️ 1 underground parking spot included & spacious outdoor parking
🏋🏻‍♀️ Amenities: gym, pool, grilling/picnic area, community room, and a lot more!

Roommate preferences:
- Must be clean and organized in shared spaces
- No smoking
- Drinking is fine, just not inside the apartment
- No pets
- Basically roommates who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with! 🩷
