Looking for 3rd Roommate in 4 bed/2 bath House in NW Rochester

One room available in NW Rochester neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown. Rent is $800/month not including utilities. Move-in is May 1st. This is a 6-month lease. My roommate and I both work at Mayo. I also have a 2-year-old goldendoodle. No other pets are allowed.
