Do you think you would be interested in getting a place that has 2bed/2bath and lease it together? My requirements are also the same, non-smoker and no pets, preferably female. I would prefer a place with central air and that has garage or some sort of parking available. Looking to have my rent as low as possible and I feel like it's better to get lower rates with 2b/2b.
