Looking for a 2B/2B shared accomodation (Sept.8) close to Mayo

Hi,
I'll be arriving in Rochester on September 8 2022. I'm looking for a shared accommodation with a bedroom (private washroom) for 1 year. Preferably close to Mayo clinic and St. Mary.
