Looking for a condo or guest house to rent for 2 years to a new Fellow

I will be starting a Clinical Informatics Fellowship this summer and need a rental for 2 years. I'm a mature single professional and I don't smoke. I need a private and quiet rental with parking that is not too far from Mayo. I prefer a guest house or mother-in-law unit with a yard or patio, but I'm open to condo rentals.

@doctordagher Hi, what is your price range and expected start date? I have a small 3 BR 1 Bath house in a perfect location in Rochester, MN. The whole house is for rent for the right individual, couple or small family.

I have a 1000 sf one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo at 220 S. Broadway. You can walk to work at the clinic through the tunnel/overhead walkway system and never own a coat. $1450/ mo.

Thank you for your response, I would like to learn more about your house for rent. I need it starting between June 25th and July 1st and my budget depends on the house and location.

@doctordagher - I have a beautiful one bedroom with a nice deck and backyard in the historic area of Rochester - walking distance to the Clinic. Mayo Shuttle also runs by the house. It is all furnished. LMK if you are still looking - sonam.delma@gmail.com
