Looking for a cool roommate in Rochester

We are two easygoing and upbeat male doctors in our late 20s sharing a 3bed 2bath 2000+sqft house in Kutzky Park (walking distance to both St Mary's and Downtown Mayo campuses) looking for a wonderful third roommate.
The second floor master suite with private bathroom or first floor bedroom with shared bathroom are available (with a price difference). All utilities except snow removal/lawn care are to be split equally.
Earliest move in date is Nov 15. and all rooms are furnished with a bed. We live quiet lives but we like to cook and enjoy our home as more than just a simple living space.
House has wooden floors (and a lot of space for you to relax in), renovated and ample kitchen with modern appliances, en suite washer/dryer (two separate machines that work perfectly), a small cozy backyard and a covered garage.
