Looking for a female roommate from June-August!

Hello everyone!

My roommate and I are currently looking for a third person to live with us in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment near Mayo Clinic. We will be moving in June 1st we will be doing a 3-month lease. The apartment we are looking at tomorrow is $1860/month, heat and internet are included, there is a shuttle to Mayo, pool, fitness center, and so much more! Please let me know if you would be interested in living with us. 🙂

Hi, Alison! The deposit is normally $300, but it is only $99 for anyone affiliated with Mayo Clinic or IBM. The application fee is $9 per person! Message either of us for more information!
