I am looking for a female roommate to share an apartment with near St. Mary’s campus (walking distance or close to a bus stop). I am a 24 year old new grad RN moving down to Rochester from the Twin Cities area. Please message me if you would be interested or if you have any recommendations on an apartment!

I am French and have been living in Rochester since last fall with two roommates who, sadly, are moving out. I am quite active, loves outdoor activities and go to the twin cities often. When you say fully furnished, would I need to bring anything? Also, how long is the lease? Do you currently live there?

Nope you wouldn’t have to! It is fully furnished with washer & dryer IN the apt.
The lease is until 6/2021 but can be extended.
Yes I live there, It’s 2 bedrooms. Rent is $750/month each + utilities.
