Looking for a furnished 3 bedrooms house to rent

Hi,
I will move to Rochester this summer for a 1-y research fellow appointment. I am searching for a house near Mayo (prefered neighborhood: Pitthill) with 2 or 3 bedrooms (I have 2 children). I would be great if it could be furnished.
Is anyone leaving such a place this summer (I could buy the furnitures if necessary...)
