Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third female to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near the Mayo Clinic. Both of us work at Mayo. The apartment is a 6-minute drive from Mayo and conveniently located next to the Mayo employee West Lot, where you can catch the shuttle to work. Rent is approximately $750/month, including utilities. The move-in date is ideally December/January. The lease term is till April 2025 with the option to renew.
