Looking for a Furnished Room near Mayo Clinic Rochester MN

Hello everyone!
I am Kamal, 37 years old, I will join the Department of Surgery, Mayo Clinic as a Postdoctoral fellow.
I am looking for a furnished room for 9 months (Starting Oct 02), near Mayo. Preferably around 800 USD/month.
I'm also open to living with a male roommate.
Please let me know if anyone is aware of any available room near Mayo.
