Hi Hamed. Although not available immediately, I will have a private room and bathroom available on July 1st in my 2bed/2bath apartment thats a 5 min walk to St. Mary's and Methodist. Rent is $825 w/o a garage space or $1000 with an assigned garage space. All utilities except electric are included (typically $20-30 a month). Feel free to reach out at aidanshields25@gmail.com
