Looking for a house or apartment to rent starting in July or August

Hi there, my name is Heidi and I will be moving to Rochester in July/August along with my significant other and two cats to join Mayo as a consultant. We would prefer a 1-bedroom with an office or a 2+bedroom place with a garage space, furnished if possible. Any ideas on where to look, places that will be for rent, etc. would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
