Looking for a long-term roomate/ a room from mid-late May 2023

I am going to Mayo as a research fellow for the next few years.

I currently want to look for a 2B/2B or 3B/3B townhouse or house for the next few years. I do not have good experience with downtown areas in the US so I may want to live some driving distance from downtown (if there's a good place, I can still do downtown). Maybe Rochester is a much better city than I had.

I am a male. I have no preference for your gender. I have no bad history, not even a traffic ticket. I lived with two female roommates for the past 4 years and there has been no issue. I don't usually actively talk to my roommate but willing to help if needed. I am pretty handy and you can rely on me for house maintenance. prefer a long-term renter, I really hate moving.

no pet for now but may consider a dog or may not. I am also down for a private room too (prefer to have my own bathroom). I am not price-sensitive, $500-1500/person all works, as long as it is worth it
