Looking for a place close to Mankato site in summer 2024

Hello,
I am an incoming intern at the Mayo Clinic Mankato site. I am looking for a place to live that is within the walking distance from Mayo Clinic. I plan to rent from the end of May to early August. I am a female and I am okay to have a female roommate as well. Room should be fully furnished. Please let me know if you have any availabilities.
