Hello there, I am a registered nurse working in St. Mary's hospital. I am looking for subleasing my apartment in The Pines, which is an apartment complex located in the northwest side of Rochester. It is about 10 minutes drive to Mayo campus. The apartment is in a very safe and nice area (lots of space and greenery), which is conveniently close by Hy-vee (local grocery store), Costco (supermarket) and many other stores and restaurants. The apartment complex includes controlled building access, secure underground parking, fitness centers with on-demand classes, indoor swimming pool and many other great amenities.
The $200 administration fee has been paid, the month rent includes high-speed WiFi and trash. The rent is currently much cheaper than the market price, since I signed the lease with a discount.
