Looking for a rental studio alone or a shared place with a female

Hi, I am starting as a research scholar at Mayo, Rochester and looking for a ready to move in rental place asap- preferably at a walking distance from Mayo campus and affordable price. A small,cozy studio would work or a shared house/apartment with a female roommate. Please reach out for any suggestions/help.
