Looking for a Rental
Hello! My fiancé and I are looking for a rental in Rochester starting May 30/31st. Ideally we are looking to only do a 6 month lease as we want to move in the fall; however, we’re open to a 12 month lease if it has the option to sublet.
We’re open to any kind of living situation— apartment, townhome, rooms in a house, roommates, etc. Just want to get something squared away before one current lease ends June 1st.

I am moving to Rochester around the same time since I have to start my research at Mayo by June 6th. I would like to suggest the possibly renting a house together. I am planning to do a 1 year, but 6 months shouldn't be a deal breaker for me.

We have 2Besd/2Bath apartment and looking for some one to take over our lease from newly constructed (2021) Pine complex from mid July 2022 to April 3rd 2023. It has shuttle to mayo. All groceries near by. Hyvee (walking distance)

Hi Have you found anything? I am moving out soon but my apartment is ready to move it. I have furniture but it can be also rented without furniture. I am not sure it is big enough for two-person but you may visit the apartment after you make an appointment with the landlord.
