Looking for a room, closer to mayo clinic Jacksonville from sept.

Hi. This is Parth Satashia, graduate student from India. I am looking for a place to stay close, preferably walkable distance from mayo, Jax. I will be joining mayo clinic from last week of September. So I probably would start renting a place from mid september. My budget to spend on accommodation is around 500$/month.
