Looking for a room for May and a studio for 1 year for August, Roc, MN

I am a senior year medical student from Istanbul, Turkey. I will come to Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN for clinical experience for 1 month. I am looking for an accommodation from 5/9/2025 to 6/01/2025.

Also, I will come to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN as a neurology fellow beginning from August 2025 to August 2026. I am looking for a studio/ apartment for one year. I would like to bring my 2 cats with me this time. They are very calm and quiet personalities.
