Looking for a room from February 2022 for a year

Hello everyone, My name is Dr. Parv Mehta (male), and I am a medical graduate from India. I will be joining Mayo clinic, Rochester as a research trainee in radiology for a year, starting from February 2023 till February 2024. I am looking for a room, preferrably near the campus (since I dont have a personal vehicle with me), to stay. Kindly let me know if you have any room available.
