Looking for a room from July

Hi I am a female med student coming to Mayo for research. I am looking for a room with rent less than 600 and easy access(shuttle or bus) to the Mayo Clinic. I am currently in Rochester looking for a room possibly from July 1st but I am okay with August 1st too. I need a sublease at least until June 2020. Thanks!
