Looking for a room in a house share

Hi all, I am moving from the UK mid January to start work Feb 1st in Rochester. I am a 25 yo female, pretty sociable and looking for a room in a house share to hopefully meet some people as I am completely new to the area. Ideally would like a female room mate but open to male too if it's reasonably priced house and friendly room mate! If anybody is in a similar situation to me too and doesn't really know anyone, feel free to message me and we can go for a coffee in the new year - it would be good to meet people

Hi! I’m a 29 year old female and I have a furnished room available for $600 a month. It’s in downtown and it a 8-10 minutes walk to the Clinic. The subway (indoor walkway) is 5 mins away so no long walk outdoors in the winter. Please let me know if you are interested and I’ll send you pictures. Good luck on the move.
