Looking for a room in June

Hello,

I'm a fourth year medical student visiting here the month of June for a rotation at the PM&R department. I have never been to Jax, so i'm not sure if its better to live downtown vs. on the beach. I work out 5-6 days a week and am very clean.
Nonetheless, I'll be studying for the boards every evening.
