I’m a 26-year-old male starting a research training program at the Mayo Clinic in mid-September. I'm looking for a room near the Mayo Clinic campus, preferably within walking distance.

I'm a non-smoker and pet-friendly.

She has one bedroom apartment and a studio and I am sure it will suit your interests and it’s within 3 blocks of Mayo Clinic and completely walkable. I was her tenant earlier and she is one of the best. You don’t have to worry on anything. You can walk even at night and I was a research fellow at Mayo Endocrinology.
