Looking for a room in Rochester, MN (female 33 y/o with cat)

Hello! I'm a new employee at Mayo and I'll be working at the support center in NW Rochester.

I'm looking for a room with maximum $700 for rent, I'll be bringing my cat with. He's friendly and a bit sassy, and ideally would be the only animal in the residence (I don't know how well he gets along with others).

Hoping to move in October but I'm flexible. Lease would be at least until August 2025.
