I have a room available for you. 5 minutes by car from Mayo Clinic, 15 by bike and 35 walking.
Furnished room with closet and private bath. All utilities included. Access to laundry room and kitchen. Bicycle included for transportation.
Rent is $900 per month and I request a one month deposit that will be returned when you depart. Access to community amenities, pool, soccer, and basketball court. Lease agreement.
