Looking for a room near Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville

Hi!
I'm a student from KU Leuven in Belgium, and I'll be coming to Jacksonville from the end of June until September 20th for a traineeship at the Mayo Clinic. I’m currently looking for a place to stay—either a studio or a shared apartment with a roommate would be great.
If anyone has any leads or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I do have a room available for you. I live in an upscale neighborhood just beside Mayo Clinic. 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike and 35 minutes walking.
All utilities are included. I also provide a bike for transportation included in the rent, in case you don’t have a car.
You have access to the laundry and kitchen. Also to the community amenities, pool, basketball, tennis, soccer courts and two parks.
I have a lease agreement and I request a one month deposit, that will be return when you depart.

The room is $950 usd per month.
