Hi,
I have a room available for you. 5 minutes from Mayo by car, 15 by bicycle and 35 walking.
Room furnished, with closet and private bathroom.
All utilities included. Access to laundry room and kitchen. Bicycle provided for transportation.
Access to community amenities, pool, tennis, soccer and basket ball court.
Rent is $900 per month and I request a one month deposit that will be returned when you depart.
