Room with private bathroom. All utilities are included. Access to a bike for transportation. 5 minutes away from Mayo by car, 15 by bike and 35 walking. Groceries stores close for their convenance. Access to kitchen and laundry room. Access to community amenities, pool, tennis, basketball and football court. Very safe area.
