Looking for a room / roommate close to Mayo Rochester Downtown campus.

I'm starting a research trainee position in September and looking for a room thats ideally walking distance from the downtown campus. Alternatively, If someone else is also looking for a similar place we could get in touch and rent together. I'd be willing to share with one or two people, or more if there are two bathrooms. No smoking and no pets. I'd be moving in some time around September 10th.
