Looking for a room that is walking distance or near a bus that leads to Mayo Jax, for the month of Feb.
dont mind being a roomy.

Hi,
I do have a rental room available with a private bathroom. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car, 15 bicycle and 35 walking from Mayo Clinic. All utilities are included and you have access to the kitchen and laundry room. Also to the community amenities that have a pool, soccer, basketball and tennis court. A bike is included in the rent for your transportation.
The room is furnished with a full bed, a closet and a piece of furniture for your belongings.
I request a one month deposit, that will be return when you depart. The monthly rent is $950
and I have a lease agreement.

would you be interested in a lower price and no deposit (in case there was any damage to the property i would pay for it)
