Hi there, we are looking for a place to sublet/rent for our daughter who will be doing a intern/observership coming July. Could be a 1 person studio or flat or room in a house with shared facilities. I have a country club home at Jacksonville Golf & Country Club with rooms available 5 minute drive from Mayo Jax. Let me know if you are interested.
$1400 a month includes furnished double bed with sheets and bedding, private bath with towels, utilities wi-fi electric water parking washer dryer kitchen backyard patio live security at the gate etc.
